IT Services at the Department
IT Support Organization
IT support needs within the department arise at different levels. Depending on the situation, different organizational units are responsible:
Group >> Institute/Laboratory >> Department >> ETH Central IT
IT-relevant challenges are usually dealt with first by the IT support responsibles of the individual groups. They are therefore the first point of contact and, if necessary, forward problems or inquiries that they cannot solve to the IT coordinators (IK) of the institutes or departmental units. If escalations are necessary, the requests are forwarded to the IT Services (ID) of the ETHZ.
