The function Science Communication D-CHAB (Department of Chemistry and Applied Biosciences) has been established in 2015 to engage in outreach activities, ensuring that the scientific output of the D-CHAB is made available and understandable also to the public and the media.
Highlights
Important highlights are featured on the starting page of the D-CHAB website. Highlights include major scientific findings, awards, grants or organizational matters . They can be found also, along with other entries, in News & Events > D-CHAB highlights.
News
Within News & Events, a channel entitled “D-CHAB News” presents information on news of the D-CHAB or news that is related to the D-CHAB. Additionally, the five laboratories/institutes have their own news channels that may contain news that is relevant to a specific audience only. Major news is presented additionally on the starting page.
Events
Within News & Events, an events channel entitled “D-CHAB Events” presents information on the various events (lectures, conferences, symposia, award ceremonies etc.) of the D-CHAB. Additionally, the five laboratories/institutes have their own events channels that may list events that are relevant to a specific audience only. Major events are presented additionally on the starting page.
Publications
A publication feed of all D-CHAB publications, including links to the article on the journal’s website as well as Altmetric data (where available), can be found within Research > Publications. The five laboratories/institutes additionally have their own publication feeds on the Institutes/Laboratories sites:
