The ticket system is available for IT support and IT-related challenges. We use our ticket system to record your request and keep you updated as it is being processed.

IT responsible in your research group.

If the answer from the first level support is not sufficient, please ask the IT responsible in your research group to forward the issue to the next support level, the IT coordinators (IK), via a ticket (email to ) or write the ticket by yourself.
