Tutoring System

A tutoring system is in place to advise students in their decision making. A tutor is assigned to every student and acts as his/her personal expert advisor for the programme. Together with his/her tutor, each student defines an individual study plan. The study plan takes into consideration the previous knowledge and interests of the student and defines the courses to be taken in Electives 1 and Electives 2 and the order of the entire study programme.

Study Plans

There are 5 types of study plans. Every student (except students with ETH Bachelor in Pharmaceutical Sciences) is informed by email about his/her recommended study plan.

The recommended study plan helps to decide which courses are essential at the beginning of the programme and which courses/works can be shifted to a later date.
