On October 24 and 25, Prof. Christophe Copéret gave the Falk-Plaut Lectures at Columbia University, New York. The lectureship aims at bringing exceptionally distinguished scientists to Columbia University, for a series of public lectures.

The Falk-​Plaut lectureship was inaugurated in 1951 in order to bring exceptionally distinguished scientists to Columbia University in New York City for a series of public lectures. On October 24 and 25, Prof. Christophe Copéret gave the two Falk-​Plaut Lectures 2019:
